After last weeks defeat at the hands of Limerick, Finn Harps got back to winning ways on Saturday Night with a 0-1 away win against Athlone Town. The games only goal came in the 23rd minute from Kevin Mc Hugh. Harps who have now won three from their last four games were without the services of Tommy Bonnar, Mark Forker, Marc Brolly and Ciaran Coll, Packie Mailey, Keith Cowan and player manager Peter Hutton. Harps now trailed Athlone by just one point in the First Division standings. Manager Hutton was pleased with the performance of the younger players on Saturday.
