Man charged with assault after spitting incident at LUH

 

A man has appeared at a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court today following an allegation of a spitting incident.
The incident, which happened earlier this morning, involved an ambulance paramedic and an employee of Letterkenny University Hospital.
The 45 year old in question has been charged with two counts of assault.
He was remanded in custody to appear again in Court on a later date.
