Police to resume investigating cases from the Troubles

 

Northern Irish police are to resume investigating cases from the Troubles next week.
The PSNI temporarily suspended all legacy investigations last month, to focus on the coronavirus crisis.
But the force’s legacy investigation branch will resume normal duties from May 1st.
The PSNI says a range of social-distancing measures have been put in place to allow the inquiries to continue.
