Stormont’s finance minister has warned Northern Ireland faces a severe recession following the coronavirus crisis.
Conor Murphy has described the post-pandemic landscape as featuring major challenges – including the UK’s departure from the EU.
In the executive’s five stage plan for recovery, businesses in the North will not be permitted to reopen until later this year.
