The Irwin brothers from Kilmacrennan had to endure difficult race conditions in Brands Hatch over the weekend.
In the Superstock 600, Caolan had a great start to his weekend qualifying on the third row as he settled into his new bike topping the morning practice.
The race started very strong with Caolán heading for the lead but an unfortunate clipping with another rider ended his race.
He now looks forward to next weeks round at Thruxton where he will have his sights sets on the podium.
Rhys Irwin had a very strong weekend in the Supersport category.
Rhys is also settling into the new bike and after a strong qualifying performance he took P5 in race 1 and P9 race 2.
His new manager is very happy with his pace and Rhys is looking improving his lap times heading in the direction of podiums.
