A Donegal GP says it’s likely Covid cases are being missed because people are using antigen tests when they display symptoms, and if those tests are negative, they assume they are Covid free and do not isolate.
Speaking to Greg Hughes on the Nine til Noon Show this morning, Dr Ciaran O’Fearraigh said the results of antigen tests can be inaccurate, and that is an issue which must be addressed.
He said there is a lot of respiratory illness in the community at the moment………..
