11,683 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed this evening, 5,767 through PCR tests and a further 5,916 positive antigen tests registered through the HSE portal yesterday.
As of 8am today, 979 patients were in hospital with Covid 19, 93 of them in ICU.
