A Fianna Fáil Councillor has won the right to legally challenge the Household charge, because it’s not published in Irish.
The High Court granted the right to Dublin City Councillor Thomas Brabazon, who is a full-time Irish speaker.
It will come before the High Court again in two weeks time.
