The Neil T Blaney Road in Letterkenny has reopened after it was closed for several hours today.
Gardai say a man was found on the road, close to Donegal County Council’s Public Services Centre, with unexplained injuries. He was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.
It’s not believed his injuries are life threatening.
