The Cathaoirleach of the Letterkenny Milford Municipal District is calling for the Local Improvement Scheme to be reviewed.
Councillor Donal Mandy Kelly says the scheme in its current form is a disaster due to a lack of money available for people seeking funding.
He believes the LIS programme should be abolished, and a grant based approach taken……..
