A novice has been fined after being caught speeding.
Gardaí from Buncrana Roads Policing Unit stopped a novice driver on the N13 last night as they had detected them travelling at a speed of 144KPH in a 100KPH speed zone.
The driver will now receive 3 penalty points and will be fined €160.
