Permanent TSB is increasing interest rates on new fixed rate mortgages by 0.75%.
According to the company, the changes announced today follow five rounds of interest rate increases from the European Central Bank.
There is no change for customers on existing fixed rates or to variable rates for new or existing home loan customers.
The bank also announced an increase in some deposit interest rates.
