RSA system error as around nine thousand people receive emails stating driving test cancellation

A system error within the RSA has seen around nine thousand people receive emails stating their driving test has been cancelled.

The issue arose from a planned update of the system, and the emails with the subject line ‘Driving Test Reminder’ were all sent in error.

The RSA says the emails should be ignored and they are in the process of contacting impacted customers today.
