A report from the team deployed to Letterkenny University Hospital by Health Minister Stephen Donnelley is expected in the new year.
The Donegal News reports that the HSE’s Performance Management and Improvement Unit largely wrapped up their work in the hospital on Friday last.
The unit was implemented after over 80 health care professionals wrote two letters to Minster Donnelley to raise concerns for patient safety particularly in terms of timely access to care.
