Donegal County Council has today published its Gender Pay Gap Report.
The 2023 report shows a Gender Pay Gap of -3.63%.
The Gender Pay Gap highlights the percentage difference between what men and women are paid on average within the organisation, regardless of roles or levels.
This figure does not mean that men are paid less than women for doing the same job, but does however indicate that, on average, women occupy higher paid roles than men.
