A man has been arrested in relation to offences surrounding an un-notified parade in the Creggan area of Derry on the 10th of April last year.
The 48-year-old was arrested in the Maghera area this morning under the Terrorism Act.
He has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station.
