The €25 million Greencastle Harbour Breakwater was officially opened today by Minister for the Marine, Charlie McConalogue.
It’s hopes the breakwater will support the growth and sustainability of the harbour and the Inishowen Peninsula.
Over 200 people are employed within the fishing industry within Greencastle.
