People in Derry have been left shocked and appalled after Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin on Great James Street was damaged by vandals overnight.
Staff turned up for work this morning to find that the building’s windows had been smashed with a beer barrel and alcohol had been stolen.
Sinn Féin MLA Pádraig Delargy says the incident is “despicable” and there needs to be better security in the area.
