Report finds a lack of joined up thinking at Stormont

A report has found a lack of joined up vision in Stormont for tackling Northern Ireland’s problems.

The paper by independent think tank Pivotal looked at the performance of the Executive in the seven months since its restoration.

The report’s authors say ministers’ tendency to blame a lack of funding is not appropriate.
