In Ballybofey, a woman was sitting in her car in traffic when an unknown man approached and kicked the front passenger door, causing damage.
This happened at 10:15 pm on Halloween night on Main Street near the Credit Union.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the area between 10 pm and 10:30 pm with a dashcam to make the footage available.
