
A new safety scheme is in the works for the busy junction at the bottom of Lurgybrack in Letterkenny.
Councillor Donal Coyle has raised concerns that the hard shoulder on the route towards the Dry Arch Roundabout is being used as a driving lane during peak travel times.
Donegal County Council says plans will move to design stage next year and will include speed reduction measures.
