Police in Derry seized a significant quantity of fireworks yesterday evening following a vehicle search.
Officers are reminding the public that patrols will be carried out over the Halloween period to ensure that celebrations remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.
They are also urging residents across Northern Ireland to familiarise themselves with firework licensing regulations before purchasing or using fireworks.
