Gardaí have issued a warning after fresh reports of scam callers impersonating Revolut staff.
The callers claim suspicious activity has been detected on accounts and urge recipients to urgently confirm their personal details to “protect” their money.
Garda Gráinne Doherty told today’s Greg Hughes Show that the scammers are highly clever and deceptive, and urged the public to remain vigilant and never share personal or banking information over the phone:
