The Minister for Housing has announced over €1.3 million in allocation to Donegal County Council to local authority homes for re-letting.
This is an increase of over €300,000 compared to last year’s allocation.
€792,000 has been allocated in the Voids Programme and €519,820 under the Planned Maintenance programme.
The investment is part of the Department of Housing’s ongoing efforts to tackle vacancy and dereliction, ensuring empty social homes are brought back into use more quickly.
