Fanad United have been beaten 1-0 by Douglas Hall in Round 1 of the FAI Senior Cup in Cork this afternoon.
Arthur Lynch’s side were on top in the game but succumbed to Colm O’Regan’s winner on 77 minutes.
It was Lynch’s last game in charge of Fanad, who finished 4th in the Brian McCormick Sports Premier Division.
Fanad had qualified for the FAI Senior Cup because they reached the FAI Junior Cup Quarter-Final last year.
