Donegal defeated Down 1-20 to 2-13 after extra-time in this afternoon’s Paul McGirr Cup Semi-Final in Scotstown.
Having been four-points up heading towards the end of normal time, Donegal would have been disappointed to have been pegged back and forced to play extra-time.
Karl Lacey’s side are now through to the All-Ireland Tier 2 Final and he spoke to Sean McCaffrey at full time.
