Gardaí from Letterkenny have seized a car in Manorcunningham today.
The vehicle was found to have no insurance, tax or NCT.
Gardaí also discovered that false registration plates were being used and the vehicle was suspected to be defective.
A court appearance will now follow.
An Garda Síochána are urging motorists to never take risks on the road and always ensure vehicles are in a roadworthy condition and documents are in order.
