An Inishowen Cllr claims that families are being failed by the growing crisis in legal aid.
Cllr Joy Beard says that, according to the Legal Aid Board, at present there are 25 solicitors listed on the private practitioner panel for Donegal, with just two of those accepting family law refferals.
