The Garda vetting system is being criticised for being too bureaucratic.
Fine Gael Wicklow TD Edward Timmins says the system asks people to undergo the same garda vetting process repeatedly.
This happens when volunteers and local community organisations move between organisations.
Deputy Timmins says the same person shouldn’t have to be vetted twice……..
