An 18-year-old man is due before a court in Derry after being arrested at a bonfire event in the city.
PSNI say officers arrested the man yesterday evening after he was observed shouting at members of the public attending a bonfire in the Fountain Estate area.
He was later charged under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act with wearing clothing or having articles as a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation.
The man is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 5th.
