Young people will be able to visit a number of Donegal’s heritage attractions for free throughout August.
The Office of Public Works has announced that admission to all OPW heritage sites will be free for everyone under the age of 18 during the month.
The initiative is aimed at encouraging more families and young people to explore Ireland’s history and heritage.
In Donegal, the offer applies to Donegal Castle, Doe Castle, Glebe House and Gallery, and the Newmills Corn and Flax Mills.
