Police in Derry have confirmed can confirm a man, aged in his sixties, has died following a fire at a flat in Galliagh.
All three emergency services attended the scene of the blaze in Bloomfield Park, which was reported at quarter to four yesterday afternoon.
A post mortem will be held to establish the cause of death.
Police remain at the scene as enquiries are ongoing.
