The success of the Good Friday Agreement, since it was signed 15 years ago will be discussed during the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly meeting in London today.
Key challenges facing the North will also be debated by British and Irish politicians.
The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Theresa Villiers will give an update while the Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI Judith Gillespie will address the evolving security situation.
