Deputy McHugh says positives to be discussed at British-Irish Assembly meeting in London

Key challenges facing the North will also be debated by British and Irish politicians.
The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Theresa Villiers will give an update while the Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI Judith Gillespie will address the evolving security situation.
