Donegal County Council says there’s been a positive response to the recent call for payment of outstanding development charges, commercial rates and other charges.
Director of Finance Gary Martin says the council understands the financial pressure businesses and others are under, and where possible, is anxious to come to arrangements which suit both sides.
Speaking to Highland Radio News, he said this is happening in many cases, but in instances where people are ignoring the council’s appeals, action is being taken……..
