A County Councillor is calling on the public to block the installation of water meters on their property if they do not think the water is of a good enough quality to be paid for.
Councillor Frank McBrearty says it is unacceptable that people across Donegal should be asked to pay for water that is not fit for human consumption.
The process of installing water meters in Donegal is due to begin shortly.
