The Garda Representative Association’s annual conference is to hear calls from Donegal for improved training for members of the force.
It backs a recommendation in the Guerin report.
Donegal GRA spokesperson Brendan O’Connor says it is essential the police service has the knowledge and skills to deal with cases correctly.
