Judge describes dumping at Rossnowlagh beach as worst form of pollution

A Dublin man has been fined after dumping pieces of timber with protruding nails and other items including a barbecue and a golf buggy on Rossnowlagh beach. 59 year old David Peter Douglas with an address at Leopardstown, Blackrock was fined €1000 at Ballyshannon District Court for the offences dating back to October last year.
