One of the world’s largest fishing vessels, detained off the Donegal coast by the Navy for alleged fishing law breaches, has arrived in Killybegs.
The arrest was made by the LE Roisin off Tory island.
The Dutch-registered Annelies Ilena, formerly the Atlantic Dawn and registered in Ireland, is the largest ever detained by the Irish Navy.
It’s the 13th boat detained for allegedly breaking fishing laws this year.
