Flannery tells MacGill that Fine Gael and Fianna Fail will go into coalition

File Pics Frank Flannery is under pressure to resign.One of Enda Kenny’s most senior former advisors says it’s inevitable that Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil will share power.
Frank Flannery – a former director of elections for Fine Gael – told the MacGill Summer School that it’s “destiny” that the two parties will work together.
Mr Flannery was the mastermind behind Fine Gael’s victory in 2011, but resigned from the party earlier this year due to his links with Rehab.
And he says the shrinking vote for right-wing parties means the two parties will have little option but to embrace each other:
