Some areas still without running water

The County Council says that water supplies throughout Donegal are still under strain but have in general experienced.
Networks continue to experiene significant difficulties due to increased leakage caused by bursts as a result of the severe inclement weather. Water Services Staff remain actively engaged in efforts to maintain and restore water supply.
Areas still experiencing supply difficulties include Muff to Quigleys Point (particularly Iskaheen), Downings, Tieveclogher, Castlefin and pockets at high level in the Gortahork / Falcarragh (Cashel) supply area.
