Tullagh Bay Beach was hit by vandals over the weekend.
There was a party on the beach over the weekend and the group of people left the beach covered in broken bottles.
Derry Councillor, Shaun Gallagher visited the beach with family and friends on Saturday.
He said those responsible should be ashamed of themselves.
