Anti-VRT campaigner Ryan Stewart has annouced his intention to stand as an Independent General Election candidate in Donegal North-East.
Mr Stewart has led a high-profile campaign against the motor tax and his facebook page has currently over 12,000 supporters. The quota needed to get into the Dail in the 2007 General Election was 9,637.
Mr Stewart says while VRT will be a central plank of his campaign, he’s more than a single issue candidate………
