THE North West cricket union have announced it will be hosting the final stages of the Under 19 World Cup Qualifiers in their region. The games will take place between August 3rd and the 9th. Seven grounds in the area will host the games involving teams from Ireland, Scotland, Namibi, Kenya, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Afghanistan, Vanuatu, U.S.A. and Canada. The top six will qualify to join the other ten test playing nations in the finals. The grounds that will be used are Brigade, Strabane, Bready, Limavady, Drummond, Coleraine and Eglinton. The sides will take up residence during their stay in three local hotels.
