No Fine Gael candidates from Donegal for Seanad

Highland radio news has learned that no Fine Gael candidates from Donegal were among the final 15 Fine Gael nominees for the Seanad today.
The selection process was in Dublin earlier today.
Cllr Martin Harley, Cllr John Ryan and Danny Byrne, who has campaigned on behalf of his family for compensation under the Lost at Sea Scheme, were all nominated by Fine Gael from their constituencies.
But they were not named among Fine Gaels final fifteen nominations.
