A Donegal woman, who had a life changing transplant after receiving a kidney from a man who was stabbed to death, is celebrating after having her first baby.
Vienna White from New Mills had suffered from kidney failure and had to undergo daily dialysis.
But another family’s tragedy has given the 29 year old a new lease of life after the family donated the man’s organs.
Today marks the start of Organ Donor Awareness Week.
