Mini tornado spotted over Clonmany?

Funnel clouds which can cause tornadoes were spotted over Co Donegal yesterday.
Andrew Doherty took this picture of the funnell cloud over Ballyhallion Hill in Clonmany.
He says he found the clouds quite strange, as there wasn’t much wind in the area at the time.
