Derry man killed in car crash near Newtownstewart

Police have released the name of the man who was killed in the early hours of Saturday morning in a car crash near Omagh.
Peter Fugill was 36-years-old and lived in Kinsale Park, Derry.
He was the driver of a silver BMW which was the only vehicle involved in the crash on the Omagh to Newtownstewart road at around 1.00am on Saturday 28 January.
It is understood that the car hit a verge on the road, about a mile from Newtownstewart.
Mr Fugill was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have asked for anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the car prior to the crash to come forward and assist them with their enquiries.
