Shock as lamb is found hanging from a tree in Letterkenny

Donegal Pet Rescue says it is shocked at the discovery of a lamb found hanging from a tree in Letterkenny.
Following a tip off from a member of the public representatives from the group found a lamb hanging dead around 10ft of the ground from a tree in the Lurgybrack area.
Donegal Pet Rescue has published a picture of the discovery which they describe as gruesome.
The group defended the move by saying it was necessary to highlight the level of cruelty going on across the country.
A woman who made the discovery described how her daughter was very upset after seeing the lamb in the tree.
