An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of raping a teenage girl in the grounds of Foyle and Londonderry College in Derry.
Adam Titheridge, who has an address in Sittingbourne, Kent, is accused of raping the 15-year-old girl on July 8, last year.
The 20-year-old is also accused of assaulting the girl.
Titheridge was granted High Court bail earlier this year and was due to attend court on April 5 for preliminary enquiry.
He failed to attend on that occasion, however the judge adjourned the case until today to give him a chance to turn up.
Derry Magistrates Court was told Titheridge had not attended and had not be signing bail since he returned to England.
Deputy District Judge John Meehan issued an arrest warrant for the 20-year-old.
