West Tyrone MP Pat Doherty has said while he and three others are giving up their Assembly seats to concentrate on representing their constituents at Westminister, they will never take an oath of allegience and enter parliament.
As a result of their non-attendence, none of the Sinn Fein MPs are paid, but they do receive expenses to run offices and constituency services.
